Mission

When Kindll’s mom would take her to the pool, she would never want to get out! Like other water-loving kids, her family nicknamed her “fish”.

All her life, she’s been in a swimming pool one way or another. She always knew she wanted to be a swim coach as she loves teaching others something they can take with them. Being a swim coach is a double-win! She gets to do what she loves, while helping others.

After working in the pool with children with special needs, she knew this took her passion to another level. She saw the joy these children had for learning, for the water, and to help each other. At this point, her mission started to form. She wanted to give them this lifelong skill, help them enjoy life, and be healthy. This is exactly how Swimming Elite was found.

Kindll Williams has over 25 years experience in teaching swim lessons, Coaching, and in Aquatics. She is also a coach for the Special Olympics. She is certified in Red Cross as a Lifeguarding Instructor and in the Swim Angelfish Methodology. She is proud to be a member of  Diversity In Aquatics (DIA) and to be on the DIA Adapted Aquatics Council.
